The whole model was thoroughly polished to achieve a high gloss finish

The roll bars were polished to a mirror finish

The vacuum formed glasshouse, roll bars, and head lamps were installed

The vehicle also has front and rear diffusers to aid aerodynamics.

There were a few times that I hit the armature and had to dig foam and chisel wood.

Cut surfaces

The idea came about while working with the clay to break the surfaces up. 

I cut away a section towards the rear fender to separate the surfaces and lighten the car visually.
